What to expect
+ Numbers are limited to 16 people per course to keep them safe and supported

+ Delegates are given an MHFA manual to keep and refer to
​
+ Four sessions, including activities, presentations and discussions
​
+ All sessions help to build a Mental Health First Aid action plan.
​
+ Upon completion of all sessions, delegates receive a Mental Health First Aider certificate
