What to expect
+ Numbers are limited to 16 people per course to keep them safe and supported
+ Delegates are given an MHFA manual to keep and refer to
+ Four sessions including activities, presentations and discussions
+ All help to build a Youth Mental Health First Aid action plan
+ Upon completion of all sessions, delegates receive a Youth Mental Health First Aider certificate
